  44. 02/25/92 - Version 1.0 (OUT OF BETA!!!)
  45.            Implemented Registered User features (i.e. Usage Log, Default Time 
  46.            Increments, and Overlap Verification).  Also corrected some problems
  47.            with determining who was a registered user and who was not.
  48.            NOTE! The layout of the TIMELOCK.CNF file has changed and a
  49.            TIMEDATA.CNF file has been added. Read TIMELOCK.DOC, TIMELOCK.CNF,
  50.            and TIMEDATA.CNF for full details.
